Nice idea. How do you recommend people start out by identifying these restrictions? I think it can be difficult if that’s how you are to try and recognise that it maybe isn’t how it should be.
What worked for me personally if there was a certain situation I would be scared, I would really ask myself why. For example, if I went networking with people who made 5X more, why was I scared to approach them and potentially make a fool of myself. Is this because I feel i’m not worthy? Is it the fact that they make so much money that bothers me? And then when more and more of these situations come up, and the same result happens, ( I don’t talk to people who make more than I do) then that’s when I know I have to break the pattern. And that’s where I start to re-condition myself. If you read the post on how to be a social master, it will give you some ideas to start off. And just to let you know, it’s a pretty intense process if you decide to dive in, some people spend a whole weekend looking back on their life and beliefs, but almost everyone says it changes their life.
